Set in a spectacular mountain valley 32 miles from Aspen, Colorado, Aspen Glen is a 938-acre private country club community with exceptional golf and fly-fishing. During its opening year, the Nicklaus/Jack Nicklaus II Golf Course was honored as one of the Top 10 new private courses by Golf Digest Magazine. Aspen Glen stretches along the banks of the Roaring Fork River offering Gold Medal trout fishing in the shadow of 13,000-foot Mt. Sopris.
Aspen Glen residents not only have the benefit of a championship Nicklaus/Nicklaus II golf course in their community, they also enjoy Gold Medal trout fishing. Four miles of the Roaring Fork River winds through Aspen Glen.
All the activities you consider part of the Colorado lifestyle are available in the area surrounding Aspen Glen. There are hundreds of hiking trails to explore in the Roaring Fork Valley. RAFTA BUS SYSTEM:
RAFTA provides free and frequent service within Aspen and Snowmass, as well as to the airport, the
Aspen Business Center and all four ski areas. Free skier shuttle leaves Ruby Park every 10 to 15 minutes
from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Regular bus service begins and 6:15 a.m. and ends at 2:15 a.m..
Service to Snowmass Village and downvalley will cost you - but not much.
